2. Services:

TME Photography Herts provides wedding photography services, including but not limited to, documentary, candid, and relaxed wedding photography. We also offer engagement sessions and related products.

3. Booking and Payment:

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date.

5. Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions at wedding venues for photography.

  • Clients must provide accurate and timely information regarding wedding schedules and locations.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the cooperation of guests during photography sessions.

  • Clients are responsible for the safety of themselves and their guests during photoshoots.

6. Image Delivery:

8. Liability:

  • TME Photography Herts is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during photography sessions.

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances, TME Photography Herts' liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

  • TME Photography Herts is not liable for events outside of their control, such as weather, venue restrictions, or client/guest cooperation.

9. Force Majeure:

  • TME Photography Herts is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters,2 and pandemics.

10. Privacy Policy:

  • TME Photography Herts collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.

11. Amendments:

  • TME Photography Herts reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website.
